Team RRR will fly to the USA to represent the Telugu film at the Golden Globes awards in Los Angeles on January 10, 2023. Director SS Rajamouli and the film’s stars Ram Charan and Jr NTR will visit the star-studded Hollywood event.
SS Rajamouli, along with actors Ram Charan and NTR, will attend the Golden Globes awards function in Los Angeles, California on January 10, 2023, for their film RRR. They nominated the Telugu film in two categories, Best Foreign Film and Best Original Song for the hit song Naatu Naatu in the 80th Golden Globes.
While director Rajamouli has been present in the US, plenty of occasions to screen and show the blockbuster film during this awards season, the film’s lead actors will support the film for the first time in America.

RRR has been on the lists of several best of the year lists from film critics around the world, including the US. The team has been campaigning for the Telugu film all throughout this present awards period, with director Rajamouli visiting many turbulent, sold-out screenings of the Indian feature. Naatu Naatu is further on the Oscars shortlist for in the Music (Original Song) category.
According to an article in Variety, which further affirmed the RRR unit’s appearance, many Hollywood A-listers are too flying to be accompanying the forthcoming ceremony, which is airing live again after a two-year boycott of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) after criticism came up about the group’s dearth of distinct representatives as well accusations of unfair business actions within the organization.
Actors Austin Butler, Michelle Williams, Ana de Armas and Jamie Lee Curtis, along with filmmakers Steven Spielberg, Rian Johnson, James Cameron and Guillermo del Toro will attend the star-studded Hollywood event for their various nominated films.
